I’m Marlene Waterston, Owner of Waterston Consulting.

My work has always lived at the intersection of people, purpose, and good governance. Over the years, I’ve earned designations as a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR), a Certified Aboriginal Finance Manager (CAFM), a Certified Aboriginal Professional Administrator (CAPA), and a Certified Professional Coach (CPC).

I understand both sides of the table — the human experience and the organizational responsibility. My background in finance and governance helps me support leaders in creating workplaces that are not only compassionate, but also accountable, sustainable, and built to last.
